We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:
How long do I have to return my item?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange—but we’ll do our best to help in other ways.
What are the requirements for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused
- in the same condition as when you received it
- in its original packaging
Refund process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If all’s good, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Just remember, it might take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, reach out to us at sales@jboriginal.co.za, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Shipping returns
You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and they aren’t refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. For more expensive returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
